As the Founder and CEO of EPY Consulting & Developments, she applies her extensive expertise in business administration, public policy, and strategic planning to empower organizations and communities with innovative solutions. With a strong academic foundation, she has successfully led initiatives in education policy refinement, workforce development, and corporate-Indigenous partnerships, shaping strategies that drive long-term success and sustainable growth.
A lifelong advocate for higher education and professional development, Pearl holds an MBA from Cape Breton University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Regina, and a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina, complemented by a Diploma of Administration from the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technology.
